Team / Role
As a Senior Accountant, you will:
- Comprehensive experience in managing full-set accounting responsibilities with strong understanding of the entire accounting cycle, from journal entries to financial statement preparation.
- Proven experience in optimizing accounting systems to align with internal and external financial reporting needs.
- Ability to conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, to support business decisions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of financial reporting and accounting practices, with ability to identify and resolve discrepancies through understanding of the front-to-back data entry processes.
- Experience in utilizing basic data retrieving SQL to assist investigation / conduct ad-hoc analysis in order to support accounting functions and integrate with financial systems.
- Ideally have a strong awareness of tax regulations and ability to assess potential tax implication from interpretation of existing way of data entry and activities classification.
Required skillset

- You hold a university degree preferably in Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or related disciplines, including CPA is a must.
- You have at least 7 years related working experience, including full-set accounting.
- You have solid experience of database, experience of working with finance operation, e.g. BA, IT Dev, and Legal.
- You are hands-on, logical, willing to understand the dynamic crypto environment and translate into accounting practice.
- You have knowledge or experience in SQL is a plus.
- You have tax planning experience at the group level is a plus.
- You have good command of English with good communication skills.
- You are a good team player and excited to work independently in a fast paced environment.
